Refund and Returns Policy

Ready to wear products and accessories

Eligible products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with original tags, packaging and accessories and proof of purchase. Footwear must not have been worn outdoors, and the soles must be unmarked.

Change of mind exclusions

Bespoke, custom, altered or personalised products, special orders, products made to customer selected specifications, used or damaged items, hygiene sensitive products once opened or used, and products identified as final sale before purchase are excluded from change of mind exchanges and store credit.

Custom orders and cancellations

Cancellation requests are handled under the cancellation provisions of our Terms and Conditions. Any refund depends on the stage reached, materials committed and work completed, as set out in those provisions.

Defects and service concerns

For defective, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming goods or services, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correction, repair, proper re-performance, remake, replacement, price adjustment or refund. The 14 day change of mind period and exclusions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Alteration and repair workmanship is guaranteed for at least 15 days following delivery, or longer where required by the nature of the service, an agreed warranty or applicable law.

Returns and contact details

Contact us with your invoice number, product details, a description of the concern and photographs where practical. We will confirm inspection and return arrangements. Any applicable delivery or return charges will be communicated in advance and will not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount, payment arrangements and expected processing time.

Gift cards remain subject to the terms stated on the card or issuing invoice and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
